The Memory Post

I have seen this on a number of my friends' blogs so I thought I would give it a shot. Here is what you do:

1. As a comment on my blog, leave a memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you know me a little or a lot, anything you remember! If we're only blogging friends, write about a post that is most memorable.

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll be sure to write one about you... either on your blog, in my comment box, or I will email you back!

I remember in 5th grade when your eye was burned by the curling iron and you had to wear a little patch over your eye!!! I don't know why I remember that one... I also remember when you came with me to my family reunion and we had so much fun!

A couple memories I like. First, a year ago you and I took our babies down to the riverside trail and took a walk together. Hayden wasn't happy and we had to stop half way through so he could have a bottle. I remember that! I also remember just talking to you and having a great time together. One of my other favorite memories is from just a few weeks ago when we went to swim aerobics. I know you weren't hooked on them after that, but I had a lot of fun laughing at our pregnant selves that one time. One more - when you asked me if I was pregnant when I was only 7 weeks along and you probably thought I was super mad at you, when in reality I just didn't know what to say and I was really nervous about that pregnancy. :)

Oh, man...did I really make fun of people that much? hahahaha! Oh well, at least I was funny at it! When I think of our memories, I think of when you, me and Marina were instructed to move the lanyards from one room to another and Chris kept checking up on us because we were being so goofy and laughing so hard back there! :) That was seriously some fun times amidst all the crappy ones at the good ol' Nametag Source!

Miss Erin - er - I mean, Mrs. Jensen:) Oh, so many memories come to mind! When I would talk to you about clamping because my arm pits were always sweaty at work. I remember when you would get in work/serious mode when we had a buttload of packages to ship and a lot of stuff to process. When I came back from Christmas vacation and you and Derrick were dating! It was so cute! I remember when we went to the hypnotist on a double date and went to Brian's house and hung out in the jacuzzi. I also remember calling Derrick "Derrelict" constantly and when he put the song Over and Over Again (by Tim McGraw and Nelly - had to look that one up) on at work on repeat. He kept telling us it was the best song ever. I remember how much Derrick liked you and I would ask him when you guys were going to get married and then I would tell you what he said about you when he wasn't around - haha! I love you guys and miss you tons!

haha, don't be mad....
I remember when you and Derrick came over when we first moved in. You were so sweet and brought us brownies. I noticed you were prego and was like, "wow, how old is she, like 18?" Come to find, you are the same age as me!!! You were a cute little prego girl, and still are!!! haha, and then you had cute Hayden.

You have always been such a nice friend, thank you I appreciate it!!!

Sorry, I'm not going to leave a comment about your married life...haha. But of the joys in the snack shack!!! Do you remember all those times we made fun of Josh because he was listening to "Where is the Love?" by the Black Eyed Peas? Good times. And how Brad would shout German at us through the wall? Yup, we love Brad. Love you sweetie! kj

hmm...I know our memories are limited to Hallmark, but we've had some good times. I just remember that we would always exchange stories; you would tell me about wanting to be pregnant and I would tell you about the lame boys in my life. It was a great trade, I thought. You were one of the only people there that I considered a good friend.

So I just remember lots of high school times, but the thing I remember most is about two months before you got married we sat on the lawn at BYU and talked about our now husbands because I was dating mine then also. I just remember how fun it was talking to you and now look at us, both have a child and you have one on the way!
