Hayden + Halle

I was going to do update posts on each kid separately, but it's almost impossible with these two, because they are together in all the pictures!

(watching our landlord mow the lawn is their favorite Saturday morning activity)

They love love love their baby brother.  He gets smothered in hugs and kisses many times a day, by all of us.

 Poor Owen was not happy, but can you believe it took me so long to get a picture of my three?

Look what Hayden can do!  I 'm so impressed!  The bottom one was all him.

The kids have been in preschool for a few weeks, and they love it!  I bet you I will never get a decent first day of school picture.   Hayden is in the 4 year old class, and Halle is in with the 3's.  She is actually not three until December, but since she's potty trained she gets to go early!  I'm putting her in earlier than Hayden, but she just loves it! I think it's good for her, and it's nice to have some time to get things done.  This way I can do my cleaning and errands during preschool so I have more uninterrupted time to spend with them when they get home.

One day they were playing together and I heard Halle telling Hayden to take pictures of her jumping off the stairs.  Later I found all these pictures!  Halle in her jammies and new tennis shoes, getting ready to jump.

 

 And pictures of each other with Owen.

 And Halle had changed... into Hayden's clothes...  ??

They took pictures of Owen too.

But it's not always fun playing together.  This is a big bite on Hayden's cheek by his loving little sister.  She's never bit anyone before, but I can't imagine how much that hurt his little cheek.  I could see every little tooth indent.  Then it swelled up.  I have no idea what they were fighting about.

This was a few hours later.

She's usually such a sweet heart though.  Here she is reading books to Owen.  She always makes sure he has his binky close by.
