Backyard

We are renting our house, and we are so greatful that when we moved in our owner finished the fences on the sides of the house.  Now I can just let the kids outside to play and check on them through the window.

Last Saturday we finally had a day to stay home and finish up the things that were leftover from moving in. First we planted the garden.  We had 2 garden boxes already in place. Lucky for us!  It was a nice hot day, so we turned on the sprinklers and let the kids run around.

I also think it's so funny that they have all this grass to run around on, but mostly whenever they go outside they just ride their bikes around in circles on the cement pad.

Do my kids not have the funnest dad ever?

After the gardening and sprinklers, we unpacked the rest of the boxes, cleaned the whole house, and hung up pictures.  Now it feels like home!  We really just have the office left to finish setting up, and a few more decorating things I want to do.

PS. Hayden learned how to wink this week!

I found your blog through Jen's blog. It is fun to see what your family has been up to. We didn't even know you were pregnant and back in Utah. Congrats! We need to keep in contact better.

So cute, it looked like they had a blast on their father son outing. My son is obsessed with Thomas the Train, when I saw that picture with the giant trian I had to show Jack. You look great! Congrats on baby number three on the way! Life is so crazy, it seems like yesterday we were in that UVU class together talking about the guys we were dating who were about to become our husbands! Time goes by so fast!
