This is what my baby is doing right as I type. She's just too sweet! I wonder if this is her normal sleeping position. Her feet are what get me. I love love love baby feet! Derrick had to sneak in her room to get something, and knew I would want to see her like this with her little bum in the air. I can't believe how she sleeps through anything! Thunderstorms, fireworks, camera flashes.
And this is how my other baby fell asleep earlier today. ("No, I not a baby! I just a kid!") This one does not sleep through anything, and was up until 11 tonight because of fireworks.(Have I mentioned how much I love fireworks? insert big fat eyeroll.)
And Happy Anniversary to us yesterday! Five whole years! I don't know what it was about this last year, but it was a good one! I'm sure they will just get better and better. How could they not when my best friend is by my side? We have a really exciting (and kid free) trip planned to celebrate!
This is an engagement picture. I think I look the same (at least when I make the effort to look nice) but Derrick looks younger to me. And I'm thinking of cutting my hair like this again... ?

Happy Anniversary! Five years is big! I think 7 years was the magic year for us when everything started clicking really well.

I am sorry Hayden had a tough time with the fireworks. That is no fun.
Happy Anniversary! I know that year 4 and 5 were big ones for us because we had to rely on each other more for everything because we had moved away from family. I love having my best friend by my side also. And I thought your hair was really cute when it was that short. We miss you guys maybe next time we are all in Utah we can get together.
I can't believe how big your kiddos are getting! I remember when Hayden was born! Happy anniversary! We get to celebrate 5 this year also, crazy!
Oh yeah, and I totally cheated on finding out what we are having :). I knew at 13 weeks it was a boy and I'm 18 now so we've known for awhile. can't wait!!!
I love sleeping pictures! It seems that the majority of my pictures these days are of my girls sleeping. They are just so peaceful. Happy Anniversary. I'm excited for you to get to go on a vacation. And I think your hair looks really cute in that last picture.
Addie totally sleeps like that... still! lol has since she was like 9 months :)

That storm looks wild! Must've been pretty scary. I've always enjoyed a good storm, but perhaps this one would be too much. You know, for all it rains here (in Tacoma), it never really storms. I miss it.
