Us with all our stuff... I thought the metal on the baggage claim was a nice touch. haha.
So it turns out that uploading and writing about 4 weeks worth of pictures is really overwhelming. So I'm not going to. Yet. Instead, I just uploaded about a billion pictures into some picasa albums for you to look at if you feel like it. I am in the process of writing captions so you at least know what is going on. Beware, we are really really good at taking a million duplicates and I just put them in there anyway because I didn't feel like choosing the good ones. Now hopefully I can get on with my life!
Plane ride until Christmas day. So this includes Christmas Eve, and all three parents' visits on Christmas day. Whew.
The day after Christmas we were with Derrick's family. We did a temple session, ate lunch at this YUMMY restaurant, and went bowling. So fun.
Derrick's mom is the nursery leader, so Hayden got to be with her in nursery. Lucky!
Derrick's Aunt owned a Subway. This is her last day there. Of course we had to go eat one last time.
Halle's first birthday party with Derrick's family.
Playing in the snow on the farm.
Hayden goes to feed the horses with Grandpa, and Missy tags along.
Halle's birthday dinner at Brick Oven with my mom and step-dad.
Halle's second birthday party with my family.
Visiting my Grandma Pauline and some friends in Logan. I didn't get a SINGLE picture there of our friends, except a few with Maddie! SO sad. :(
Gorgeous pictures of the farm in snow. I have camera envy.
While in Logan we got our fill of the mountains, almost.
Hayden is a cross dresser.
Trying to pack. We had to somehow fit all our stuff and the presents we got. I can't tell you how many times we had to pack and unpack those suitcases to get it to fit. We had an extra one, but the trick was getting them to fit in our car when we got home too.
Derrick went to Colorado ice climbing, Halle and I went to Logan for Bishop's surprise farewell party, and Hayden went back down to the farm.
Hayden sleeping funny and our trip home.
WHEW. And we are even missing a bunch of stuff that we did there! We were so busy. Can you see why I didn't want to take the time to blog all that? I tried uploading a bunch of pics once, but when I came back like an hour later, they had finally finished but only ONE had made it to the page. I wanted to cry. I just really want to move on. Christmas already lasted until Jan 14th for us! Sheesh!
We did have Christmas Eve and Christmas Day for our kids when we got home, and I will actually post stories of that because it was so fun, and grandparents haven't seen it yet.
Before I forget....
This is mainly for Derrick's dad. Hayden was walking around here the other day saying, "Oh my goodness me!" which is a phrase I have only heard Norman say. It was quite hilarious. (And better than, "Oh crap!" which he also picked up... I can't imagine where he got that.)

Lol..wow! That IS a bit overwhelming to write and catch up on! I dont blame you, and I like your idea of just adding the links to your album!
Looks like you guys really had a lot of fun! :) Bet its nice to be home and get back to normal!
PS the cross-dressing Hayden pics were may favorite :)
WOw...Erin. I don't blame you for being overwhelmed. Goodness.I was sad that we didn't get pictures of you when you stopped by before the party. Glad you can check this off your list! Whew!
Hey Erin... I noticed you said that Hallie has a milk allergy, I actually took Camry to an allergist the same day as you and found out she has one as well. I was just wondering what type of soy milk you were going to use or if you were going to use an older infant soy formula? I didn't ask the doctor specifically and now I wish I had.
