He's sort of talking now!

I took some really cute videos of Hayden this morning and thought I would share. Hayden loves to sing. Every night before bed we sing him a song out of the Children's Songbook. Last night he sat on our bed and grabbed the Songbook, opened it, and started to sing! He has done this before but he was never so loud about it. He sang for quite a while too. It was one of those moments that you wish you had your camera close by. I couldn't get that, but I got him singing out of the hymn book this morning.

He has started talking on the phone too. This video is kind of long, but cute, and at the end he starts saying words. The grandmas and grandpas will love this one!

And if any of you are wondering if I ever put clothes on my child, the answer is not usually. :) My excuse today is that he threw up after eating all those cookies for breakfast!

The cream cheese pumpkin recipe sounds like my kind of thing. Can I have it? :)

Also, he looks way cute dialing the phone and talking. It's those moments that remind you why you put up with the bad ones.

That is so cute! Erin I just wanted to thank you SO much for coming to the party tonight. I know that you probably didn't really want to but I appreciate it. I felt really crummy about it because I worked so hard for it and then nobody came so I am SO grateful you supported me even though Hayden was tired and you were tired and probably just wanted to go to bed. Thanks for being a good friend!

I love to hear little ones start talking...maybe that's why I'm a speech-language pathologist! I can't believe how much he is growing and that your family is growing bigger!

That was a cute video - he'll be rambling on sentences in no time! I can't wait for that stage!
