I am losing it. Here is a list of the dumb things I have done lately:
- Forgotten many meetings and appointments, including visiting teaching just this week.
- On a calendar I made for Relief Society I wrote "Sewing baby with sergers," instead of, "sewing baby blankets with sergers." Yeah, we had a good laugh about that one.
- Couldn't figure out how far apart my babies would be. (you were all there for that one)
- Last week at church someone asked me how far along I was. I was so shocked I just stood there and stared blankly for a minute. Then I remembered that I actually am pregnant.
- When we eat, we always put a little food in a bowl for Hayden and put it in the freezer for it to cool down for him. Last night I was telling Derrick that we had alfredo pasta for lunch as he was putting our dinner in the freezer for him. He just laughed and said, "Did you forget to give it to him?" Because there was a little bowl of pasta still in the freezer from lunch. I guess I forgot to give it to him. He did eat though. It's a mystery to me too...

That post was hilarious!! Your family pictures look beautiful - we did pictures when I was 11 weeks pregnant with this babe. I didn't love the pictures at JC Penny, so next time we do family shots, I'll have to find something else maybe.
Gotta love mommy brain. I am right there with you. Hopefully it gets better, right?
As soon as you have a baby, you have justified completely losing your mind! Funny Funny Funny! I feel the same way - how are you feeling?!
That was hilarious! I have lots of moments like that and I'm not pregnant, so lets hope it doesn't get worse when I get pregnant...or that could be disasterous.
that's not fair, I don't have a baby to blame my stupidity on. Although, ironically if I had a baby now, that would be a stupid thing.
Stuck between a rock and a hardplace.
I love that, Erin! Hopefully I don't have too many brain tragedies when I do *eventually* get pregnant! But knowing me, it's going to happen. Anyway, love you! kj
PS. I mentioned you in my last post...;)
I hope you blog about how it is having 2 kids...I'm interested to know! We love our carseat so far. Kyle seems much happier in it. How are you feeling??
Erin you are hilarious! :) I'm glad I'm not the only one who lost brain cells with pregnancy!
