Today after his bath I walked into the room and Hayden had climbed onto his walker. I think this is where he realized he didn't have to be on the ground all the time.
He is always getting into the computer cords and just getting in the way so I put a laundry basket in front of it. I thought I was smart but he was determined!
He crawled into it again later and then realized he could make it onto the bed! But this is where he got stuck. He definitely has his mind set on where he wants to go.
With his newfound mobility comes new bumps and bruises. Today he got two big goose bumps: one from falling onto the bathroom floor and hitting into the cupboard, and one from getting really excited and trying to run from Daddy, and turning around and smacking right into the wood frame of the bed. He got his fingers pinched in the door three times, plus the usual bumps and scrapes. Poor baby!

What a cute boy! How old was Hayden when he started using a walker? Although I don't plan on getting one quite yet sincee my baby is still little, I think Talia is sometimes starting to get bored with her swing and bouncer chair. I've also thought about a jumper as a later purchase. Any thoughts?

Thank you so much for remembering my birthday. I look at your blog all the time, I am just really bad at leaving comments.
