We have had a somewhat busy week. Last Saturday Hayden discovered he could touch his tongue so he kept sticking it out and playing with it all day.
Sundays are hard days for little Hayden. Derrick and I both have meetings in the mornings and then church starts at 1:30. It's getting really hard for him to take a good nap while we are at church because he gets so distracted by all the people, and he is so big that it's hard for me to hold him comfortably for so long. As soon as we got home I stuck him in the high chair with a bottle so I could start on dinner. He fell asleep in the high chair! It was so cute.
I made a really good dinner by the way. Bruschetta and Cheese Stuffed Chicken.
Try it! Derrick gave it a 9, and said it could become a 10 if I kept making it. It was super easy too.
Then sometime later in the week Hayden kept playing with the tape dispenser so I put it all over his face. It was really funny when I put it on top of his head and he couldn't reach it. I think it's so cute how short babies' arms are. Please don't think I'm mean. He wasn't mad that I was putting tape on him. He was mad that I was making him hold still to take pictures of it. I had to show this because it's one of my favorite faces. He is even cute when he gets sad.
Derrick and I are hoping to go on a vacation this summer anywhere in the US since we can get some free airline tickets. Tell me about your favorite vacation.

How cute!! That picture with the tape on his sad little face is priceless! I'm totally going to try that recipe! I'm in some serious need of some 9's around here! (I'm no Martha Stewart in the kitchen!) My favorite vacations that I have taken with Micah is Disney Land (of course) and San Francisco (close close second! we loved it!!) Let us know where you are going!
Those pictures are so cute. I am totally a dummy when it comes to getting new digital scrapbook pages off the internet. I need help. We should get together sometime so you can show me.
Boston is cool, Lake Tahoe, anywhere in Cali, does Hawaii count? It's in the US!
