The Greatest Show on Earth

We went to the circus on Saturday with Derrick's high school/college friends. Of course it rained all day and I wore flip-flops.

The elephants were my favorite part!! They are so huge. I am amazed that they can get them to do so many things.I was pretty much terrified of the tigers. That white one's name was Blanca, and there was a smaller white one named Blanquito.

Looks like they are worshiping him huh? A few of them took a couple of swipes at him, but they didn't get him. Serves him right!

Here is out little family. Hayden was pretty happy for the first half, and Derrick got him to sleep for the rest of it. We went to the Old Spaghetti Factory afterwards to eat. We went to the one in Trolley Square where there was that shooting a while ago. They are renovating it so it will have a new atmosphere. It was pretty empty.

After all that, the girls got to go to the Relief Society broadcast in the Conference Center. We were stuck in traffic and trying to find a parking spot for longer than we actually got to be in the Conference Center. We were pretty late, but we really enjoyed the talks and the Spirit there! The boys took the baby and went to Josh's house for games. It was so great for me to be able to get out and just be with the girls! (Thanks Derrick!) It was a really fun day!
